Click here to download the APS remote support tool. Once the download is complete, click on the TeamViewerQS.exe program that was downloaded (look at the bar at the bottom of the window if using the Chrome browser.) Support technicians will be notified you are requesting remote support and the application will ask your permission to grant them remote control of your PC.
