This issue can most of the time be resolved by doing a soft reset and shutting down the BenQ board.
1: Press and hold the power button on the front right side of the board for a few seconds.
2: This will initialize a pop up windows, asking you if you would like to shut down the board with a countdown. Please click on shut down the board.
3: This will restart the board, Click on connection and Insta share. This will help refresh the connection.
4: Open the insta share app on your laptop and try connecting
