Frequently Asked Question

For those who use the "Visualizer" document camera program on your laptop it has been updated. The old green icon is missing from your computer desktop. To find the new version please do the following:
Hit the windows key on your laptop ( 4 square button in the lower left of your keyboard next to the fn and alt key.
There should be a magnifying glass you can select or a search bar that pops up. Type in Visualizer. This should then display the app which you may select and use. 

When you find the app you can pin it to the task bar of your computer for quick selection. There will be a popup asking you to accept the program agreement, just select the appropriate fields and everything will return to normal.
